GENERAL CONDITIONS OF RESERVATION

MINIMUM STAYS
July and August, minimum stay of 4 nights.
Christmas, minimum stay 4 nights.
National bridges, minimum stay the complete bridge.
Rest of the year, minimum stay of 2 nights.
One night stay only subject to availability and with a 30% supplement of the price per night of the chosen accommodation.
Additional places subject to availability consult.

INPUT AND OUTPUT

Schedule of entry from 16:00 hours.
Schedule of departure before 11:30 hours.
* Departure after 12:00 hours according to availability, request 24 hours before departure. .If the exit is confirmed it will be extended until 15:00 hours maximum without additional cost. If you wanted more time would be charged a plus stay.

RESERVE AND STAY

The confirmation of the reservation will be made through the payment of 50% of the total by credit card (immediate reserve) or bank transfer (pre-booking) to the Account Number ES72 2085 2056 99 0330053400, through the payment gateway, the modality bank transfer the pre-reservation will be maintained for 48 hours, where in this interval we have to send proof of the same by email to info@guararural.com, once we verify the charge on account will proceed to the final reservation. You will receive via email the conditions of your reservation.

Pets are accepted at no additional charge and only in full house bookings. Under no circumstances left alone in the house and may not be loose by the People.

Upon arrival you will be asked for personal information pending confirmation, as well as the registration of your vehicle (s). You will also be asked for the rest of the pending payment to exist. You will be asked for a deposit of € 150 per stay and house, which will be returned once the house has been checked.

We do not accept more places than those hired, per house during the stay.

Any type of visit, will have to be notified by the client and accepted by the owner.

The house must be left in good condition, ordered and collected. If you have a long stay and you so wish, you can hire a cleaning of the house the day you want. This service will have an additional cost, which you can consult.

During your stay, please do not make any noise or activities that could disturb the rest of the people staying, especially during rest periods.

The right of admission is reserved. Any breach of these conditions may be grounds for expulsion from the facilities.
